Here you can follow my story that is in progress, and that will not finish in a good while. In November 2020, I conducted my minor field study in Political Science in the village Dixcove in the western region of south Ghana. This experience not only made me aware of many of the real opportunities in developing countries, but more ascertain to want to work with global development in the future. During this time I was not only forced to reach the true bottom of my privilege, but it made me realize how amazingly inadequate my worldview corresponded to real life in a developing country, in West Africa.

My name is Leo Lundbladh and I am 24 years young. I have spent 4 months living in the beautiful village Busua in the western region of south Ghana, where I worked as a volunteer. Teaching a workshop in Human Rights to adolescents in the neighboring village Dixcove and fulfilling my exchange semester in International Relations and Affairs at Sciences Po in Paris, remotely.

In the following post I will tell how it turned out the way it did. From what my bachelor thesis aimed to analyze, to all wonderful memories that I share with people within and outside the MFS-project. Lastly, feel free.
